Together we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck and practice real-life skills whether that’s setting boundaries without guilt, building healthier communication in your relationship, or finding space to breathe in your busy day. I have extensive experience working with children, youth, and adults. I specialize in working with adults around parenting challenges, relationships, boundaries, self care. I am trained in CBT, Attachment Based Therapy, Mindfulness Based Interventions. I work on building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients and work with the clients.
